15 Minute Consult- FREE

Used to determine if we are the right fit. This is not required to do first if you’re ready to start.

30 Minute Sport Performance Session - $65

This is just for Mental Performance work. These cannot be billed to insurance and are cash pay only.

50 Minute Session- $150

Classic therapy session. We offer a sliding pay scale if needed.
